WSF In-Person Tickets

This post is only for purchasing Full Festival, In-Person, Passes to the 2026 Women’s Storytelling Festival in Fairfax, VA.

The 2026 Women’s Storytelling Festival will take place March 19 – 22, 2026, starting with a virtual only showcase on the 19th and continuing in-person at the Sherwood Community Center, 3740 Blenheim Blvd, Fairfax, VA 22030. When you purchase an “in-person” ticket to the Women’s Storytelling Festival, your name and the number of tickets purchased will be added to our door list. You do not need to print your receipt. Your name will be on the list.

Everyone who purchases a ticket through the website, whether purchasing a virtual only or an in-person ticket, will receive an email with the virtual festival pass. This pass allows you to access the Virtual-Only Showcase on March 19th as well as to watch the entire festival live online and through April 28, 2026.

One Day and Weekend passes will be available for purchase at the door, but they are for entry to the festival and do not come with the virtual pass. If you want to be able to attend in person as well as view the recordings, purchase a full festival pass here.

Clare and Don’s Beach Shack will be providing sandwich wraps for lunch on Saturday and Sunday, and a taco bar for dinner Saturday night. If you’d like to purchase a meal to be available at the festival, you must purchase in advance. ORDER FESTIVAL MEALS HERE.

You will receive a second email, shortly after purchase, with a message about your festival pass. If you do NOT see the second email, check your junk folder. If you still do not see it, contact festival@bettersaidthandone.com to let us know. That email is a test to make sure you will be able to receive the Festival Pass.

You do NOT need a Paypal or Stripe account to purchase a ticket. After you add ticket to cart, you get taken to a page to confirm your purchase. You can choose between Paypal or Stripe and no matter which processor (gateway) you choose, you do NOT need an account with them. You can pay by credit card or other methods via your chosen processing gateway.

Storyteller Tee-shirt Sponsor! We make sure our storytellers get a tee-shirt, as a stylish badge of honor. Your donation covers the cost of their tee-shirts. Not only will we thank you during the festival, but we’ll save you your own festival tee-shirt! And, of course, you will receive one Full Festival Pass.

Volunteer Tee-shirt Sponsor! We make sure our emcees and volunteers get a tee-shirt, so they can be dressed to the nines. Your donation covers the cost of their tee-shirts. Not only will we thank you during the festival, but we’ll save you your own festival tee-shirt! And, of course, you will receive one Full Festival Pass.

Print Program Sponsor and we will include your logo or name in our print programs. And, of course, when you become a Print Program Sponsor, you will also receive a Full Festival Pass.

PLEASE NOTE: We will be offering dinner on Saturday and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Meal plans sales will open soon. A separate email will go out to anyone who purchases tickets before meal plans are ready.
